 The Vancouver Specialist Program has been developed by Destination Vancouver to provide travel trade sales and reservations staff with a way to learn about or expand their knowledge of Vancouver, as well as increase their sales to the destination. This online training program is designed so that you can go at your own pace. Start and stop as often as you need to complete each module. The program will remember where you last left off. To become a certified Vancouver Specialist, you need to complete the first four modules and test your knowledge by answering the quiz questions at the bottom of select pages.

* COVID-19 Update: Many Vancouver attractions and activity companies are open, please refer to individual business websites for current operations status.  Destination Vancouver’s annual Destination Experience Pass program is available, however we do require two weeks advance notice to prepare and arrange the pass for visiting Specialists. Please plan ahead.

**Due to the current travel restrictions, Destination Vancouver is not currently operating any familiarization tours.

  1. Create your personal account.
  2. Complete core Modules 1 through 4.
  3. Test your knowledge as you go by answering the multiple choice quiz. questions at the bottom of select pages.
  4. Confirm your Vancouver Specialist accreditation.
  5. Complete your profile.
