 The Vancouver Specialist Program has been developed by Tourism Vancouver to provide travel trade sales and reservations staff with a way to learn about or expand their knowledge of destination, as well as increase their sales to Vancouver. This on-line training program is designed so that you can go at your own pace. Start and stop as often as you need to complete each module. The program will remember where you last left off. To become a certified Vancouver Specialist, you need to complete the first four modules and test your knowledge by answering the quiz questions at the bottom of select pages.

  1. Create your personal account.
  2. Complete core Modules 1 through 4.
  3. Test your knowledge as you go by answering the multiple choice quiz. questions at the bottom of select pages.
  4. Confirm your Vancouver Specialist accreditation.
  5. Complete your profile.
